Q. My Cannon Coooker is covered by an extended warranty, can I still use this system to book one of your engineers? A. Yes you can. However, some of the extended warranty companies that we undertake repair work on behalf of insist that you get an authorisation number from them before we carry out the repair. If this is the case with your extended warranty provider then simply get this authorisation number and then indicate it on the warranty details page on our on-line system. You can then book one of engineers using our on-line system here.
Q. Why do you need all this information about my Cannon Cooker?

Q. Do your engineers only repair appliances or can they install an appliance or do a safety check for me? A. Our engineers are also able to install appliances and can carry out safety checks (known as an appliance health-check).
